It has the ability to add weight incrementally with the resistance bands and reduce the users weight incrementally with the help of assistance bands. We hope you enjoy this product and find it helpful whether you intend to gain strength through resistance or better mobility through assistance while it helps stabilise you by being fixed to a wall.
