Refund policy

Limited Warranty.

At the heart of HacBack Limited, our aim is to provide a quality product with quality customer service. With this in mind we will try to provide to you a quality product every time hopefully hassle free. We offer a 3 month Parts warranty for faulty parts, however, if the WallSlide™ has not been used in accordance with the Installation and Safety Guide then that warranty is void. If something is not quite right for some reason please don't hesitate to contact us at www.hacback.com and we will try our best to resolve your issue.

Returns.

If an item is to be returned it must be in new condition and in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to pay for all associated shipping costs back to HacBack Ltd. A 15% fee of the item purchased to be returned will also be charged for restocking.

Returns must be for genuine reason. HacBack Limited will meet its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to any failure of the product. Notice of any failure should be given to HacBack Limited as soon as it becomes known to the user. Thank you.
