HacBack® has two squat machines to chose from, one wall mounted that can be attached to a wall for spacing purposes and one mobile unit that can be easily moved around a gym. Both are exactly the same unit but one is mounted to a base and brace. You have an option at a later stage to attach the wall mount option to the brace and base if you wish to make it mobile at any time by puchasing this from the products page. HacBack squats target the quads and support the back and is a great product for everyone in that it has the ability to add weight incrementally with the resistance bands and reduce the users weight incrementally with assistance bands.
