Black Resistance or Assistance Bands +/- approximately 40KG if both band halves are attached. Approximately 20kg per half. If more resistance or assistance is required just add one more band as per the "Installation and Safety Guide Page" not exceeding the maximum loading capacity of 80Kg Total over both anchor hooks.

Guide note: 2 x Black bands (4 halves) = approximately 80kg in the raised position. This is the WallSlide's™ Maximum lifting capacity on the anchor hooks.
